Hi, I’m Valencia, a licensed cosmetologist with more than 20 years of experience specializing in healthy, textured-hair care. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your hair history, current condition, and future goals. This appointment includes a scalp and hair-health assessment, a review of previous chemical and color services, home-care recommendations, and a personalized service plan. A strand test may be performed when needed. The $35 consultation fee is due in full when booking and is nonrefundable. As a courtesy, a $20 credit will be applied after the recommended service is completed within 14 days of the consultation. The credit is not applied when booking and has no cash or refund value. If the service is canceled, the credit is forfeited. It is nontransferable and cannot be combined with discounts or promotions. All appointments remain subject to the cancellation and no-show policy.

Pixie Maintenance | No Haircut

For guests maintaining an existing relaxed pixie. Includes a relaxer retouch on new growth, professional cleansing, conditioning, mold/wrap, dryer time, and a finished pixie style. Haircut, color, and specialty treatments are not included and must be booked separately. This is specifically a retouch, not a virgin relaxer or corrective relaxer
